A Very Rare horse drawn road grader.Tongue has been modified for tractor or crawler.It is 15' long and 76"wide (outside of rear hub to hub ).Blade is 10' long and when swiveled the platform moves with the blade.I have had over 80 road graders but never one like this.You can see in photos how platform moves with blade angle.Blade moves up and down easily and also swivels.You can pull this grader by hand.
